Flossie Member Website Terms
If you become a member of Flossie.com you will be able to purchase any Services in a Calendar Offer or Daily Deal, buy any gift vouchers, comment on Deals via facebook and receive daily emails. You can register online at Flossie.com or connect via facebook Connect. To become a member you must agree to our Member Terms.
When you become a member with Flossie.com you provide us with personal information such as your address, email and date of birth. You agree to keep this information up to date and current and make any amendments by emailing us or updating your MyFlossie account, and that Flossie.com may use this information to make contact with you and to verify who you are.
All information that Flossie.com holds about you, including credit card or payment information will be securely stored and will not be provided to any third party.
You authorise us to charge your nominated credit/debit card in exchange for payment of a Voucher for a Deal that you have asked to purchase. All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.
Terms of Sale
The Customer Terms apply to all purchases of Vouchers via the Website.
Flossie.com will sell you the Vouchers for the Deal, but the Supplier is solely responsible for redeeming any Services you purchase. You acknowledge that Flossie.com receives a commission from the Supplier for facilitating the Deal.
To purchase a Deal you must register as a Member and in doing so you agree to these Member Terms, the Customer Terms and the Voucher Terms.
Vouchers are will be subject to the Supplier.s terms and conditions whether or not these are displayed on the Website or on the Supplier.s website page.
Conduct of Users
You must use this Website in good faith and you are responsible for anything you say or post on the Website or through facebook.
Termination
In the event that Flossie.com learns of, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, that your registration information is fraudulent, inaccurate, or that activity in violation of these Member Terms has occurred within your account, Flossie.com can suspend or terminate access to the Website without notice and refuse to authorise its future use. Repeated violations of these Member Terms will result in immediate and permanent termination of your use of the Website.

Flossie.com will not collect any personally identifiable information about you e.g. your name or email address, through this Website unless you have provided it to us voluntarily. If you do not want your personal data collected, please do not submit it to us.
